These terms apply when you use CS2coach: the coaching service at cs2.coach and the CS2coach bot on Steam. CS2coach is a trading name. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Who sells you the subscription.
Paddle.com sells you the subscription as CS2coach's online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment and sends your receipts. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
What the service is.
CS2coach is a coach for Counter-Strike 2 that talks to you in Steam chat. During a match, it sends a short line in each buy phase, from your own game's data. After a match, it sends a summary card, and charts once your replay is analysed. Nothing is installed on your PC: you place one config file yourself. It never reads the game's memory and never draws on your screen.
Who can use it.
You need your own Steam account and must be 13 or older, which is Steam's own minimum. One subscription covers one Steam account. A team pack covers five seats, filled by invite link.
Prices and renewal.
The prices are on the pricing page: £7.99 a month or £79 a year for one player, and £29.99 a month for a team pack of five (US$9.99, $99 and $37.49). Prices include tax. A subscription renews at the end of each period until you cancel. Paddle sends a reminder before each renewal.
Cancelling.
Cancel at any time on your account page, or through the link in Paddle's receipt email. The coach stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and no further payment is taken.
Refunds.
See the Refund policy.
What the figures mean.
The coach's figures are measured on past matches, and each one says so, with its sample and date. They say how often its predictions were right, or what went with more rounds won. They are not a promise that you will win, rank up or play better.
Following the rules.
You are responsible for following the rules of where you play. When tournament mode is on, the coach stays silent during rounds. Switch it on in leagues and tournaments that limit outside help.
Fair use.
Do not try to break or overload the bot, make it reveal its instructions, harm other players, or share one subscription among several people. The bot may pause or end access for abuse. If it does, the Refund policy still applies.
If the service stops.
The coach depends on Steam and on the games' own data. If Steam or a game changes something that stops the service, it is paused until it works again.
Your data.
The trust and privacy page says what is kept and for how long. To remove it, type delete in the bot's chat, or press "Delete my data" on your account page.
Liability.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law. Beyond those rights, the service is provided as it is. CS2coach's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before it.
Changes.
If these terms change, the bot tells you in chat and the site shows the new date. The changes apply from your next renewal.
Law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Contact: hello@cs2.coach.
