Paddle.com sells you the subscription as CS2coach's Merchant of Record, and refunds go through Paddle. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
- Your first payment: you get a full refund on request within 30 days of the first charge, with no questions asked.
- Renewals: cancel at any time to stop the next payment. A renewal that has already been taken is not refunded, except where the law requires it, or if the service could not run for you during that period.
- Your legal rights: if you are in the UK or the EU, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from your first subscription payment. Where more than one rule applies, the one better for you applies.
- How to ask: reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to hello@cs2.coach from the email you paid with.
- After a refund, the coach goes off.
